We are looking for a data-driven, consumer centric Growth Specialist with a love for software, story telling and analytics. Working closely with our CEO and Head of Sales, you will create and define the new digital human resources and HCM market in Brazil and position Xerpa as the clear and outright leader.  

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for driving all demand generation activities for prospective customers and upsell/cross sell activities for our current base of thousands of companies. You will spearhead the next stages of Xerpa’s push in CRO, inbound and outbound marketing, product marketing, analytics, evangelism and communications. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating and collaborating to drive results between Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will be the voice of our customer and apply your experience in customer lifecycle marketing to improve our trial, demo, and nurture journeys, convincing potential customers that the future of HR can and must be better than the past - and that Xerpa will position them to unlock their company’s enormous potential, making labor bureaucracy a distant, vague memory. 
  • Drive Xerpa's lead generation strategy and execution, improving creation, conversion, quality and velocity of incoming leads
  • Create messaging, positioning, and press to turn Xerpa into a  top of mind authority
  • Partner with Sales and Leadership to monitor projects fueling demand generation and funnel performance, identifying performance gaps and opportunities
  • Define and implement the right tracking and scoring models (lead volume, quality, MQL and SQL)
  • Report to the leadership team on lead generation execution and results on a weekly basis
  • Find levers that drive quality leads at scale. Not one, or two, or three — dozens
  • Lead customer full-funnel marketing
  • Work collaboratively with Xerpa internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Leadership, Engineering, Customer Success)

Your Profile

  • Must-have technical skills: CRO, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops & Analytics, preferably in marketing B2B tech and / or SMB / Mid-Market space
  • Strong plus technical skills: SEO & content marketing, familiarity with paid digital marketing channels (Google Adwords, Facebook, display) and concepts (CPC bidding, CAC/CPA optimization, A/B testing, attribution modeling)
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about technology
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability start-up culture and adapts to a changing environment
  • Moves quickly and decisively - a bias for action
  • Data driven, strategic mindset rooted in testing and iteration
  • Master at crafting inspirational narrative, messaging and positioning

  • Native Portuguese speaker, advanced English a plus
